Overview

When integrating Suprema product with third-party controllers via Wiegand major 3rd party controllers are designed to send the same authentication feedback multiple times, which causes Suprema device to go in a loop.

In order to cancel out (ignore) repetitive (continuous) authentication signals being sent from the 3rd party controllers after the same authentication signal at the first time, using BioStar 2 Trigger and Action feature in the device by determining the duration to ignore repeated signals based on particular firmware with this feature. This customized firmware with the usage of BioStar 2 software ensures Suprema device to not replay the authentication signal multiple times for a single authentication event.
