From BioStar 2 version 2.9.7, Suprema does not provide the installation file of Chrome.
- Please install the proper Chrome version additionally once your installation is completed. - According to the BioStar v2.9.7 administrator guide, Google Chrome version 100 or later is compatible with BioStar 2. - If you have to consider using Microsoft Edge, please contact Suprema technical support team before you use that.

- If a subdomain has already been generated, selecting "Not Use" for Cloud Use will delete the existing subdomain. However, you can create a new subdomain later by selecting "Use" again.
- You can check the subdomain status by verifying whether it is shown as Pending or Active. It is shown as Pending or Active.
27. Backup status is now displayed as Success or Cancelled in the Audit Trail when performing a System Backup.

1. The TA Report for the current month is not displayed when looked up after the start of a new month.
2. Decryption failed in environments where Encrypt Personal Data on Database had previously been applied.
3. Repeated user synchronization and abnormal increase in memory usage and log file size due to a specific error during device synchronization.
4. Failed to load users after login when a custom account had permissions for more than 1100 user groups.
5. Visual Face Migration target count was displayed incorrectly.
6. ToM Enrollment menu appeared on the device detail page for devices that do not support Template on Mobile enrollment.
7. Cached data was not cleared after logout in environments where TA was registered, causing previous information to remain.
