If you are using the cloud feature and your server was off for a week (7 days), your cloud subdomain will be deactivated.
In that case you will receive the email below to your BioStar 2 cloud admin email:
You will have to click the link and enter your BioStar 2 admin user credentials to reactivate the cloud again.
The Cloud feature would have to be active to use your mobile app feature as well.
Hence if you're using the cloud feature it is strongly recommended to not stop the server service.
If you need to receive the activation link or did not receive the link although off the server for a week, please contact to Suprema Technical Support Team through Tech Support Portal.
